Silver Heath Chauffeured Half-Day Tours

We at Silver Heath understand that a good meal is often the centre piece of a great day out. Therefore, our special offer for our half day tour is to have an early start at 11.45am, which affords an opportunity to get to your selected lunch venue with time for a tasting (if a winery restaurant) before your meal, and before commencing the tour proper.

Your half day tour will commence at 1.00pm for a “local” pickup,
and 12.15 for pickup from Melbourne CBD. Your driver will talk with you about your favourite music and your expectations for the venues to be visited. Remember that usually our guests take longer over tastings than they expect as they take it much more seriously than predicted! There is, of course, the opportunity to add variety as might be your wish. Art and craft galleries, cheese tastings, gourmet foods, and perhaps delicious handmade chocolates – one or more of these venues, along with some sightseeing might complete your day to perfection.

It is as simple as discussing these things with your driver and slotting them into your afternoon’s itinerary. As you come to the close of the day, don’t be surprised if you succumb to the ultimate relaxation on the homeward run. We will have you back to your digs at around 5.30-6.00pm, not forgetting to retrieve those few bottles and gourmet items from the boot that you purchased along the way!
